History
In the summer of 2023, a conversation at a Nuclear Medicine conference sparked the possibility of creating a
local Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologists in Dallas/Ft. Worth. From that conversation, one Commercial Leader and four Nuclear Medicine Professionals came together and founded North Texas Society of Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics.

North Texas Nuclear Medicine Society, created in 2023 by John Fortner and Tonya Jones, is dedicated to a few central causes which we believe are crucial in helping us achieve our goals.
